You can now track Penn Dot’s Fleet of Plow Trucks using Pennsylvania’s new website and app.
You can now view PA’s plow trucks live from the internet, analyse traffic conditions and plot the best route home for this afternoon.
Use the filters “Plow Trucks” and “Winter Road Conditions” to help find the best route home this evening.
The Plow Trucks overlay not only shows the location of plow trucks in PA, it also shows a purple overlay on the road indicating how long it’s been since a plow truck serviced that road.
Winter Road Conditions seems to only show information for Highways around Pennsylvania but could still be useful when winter weather strikes.
