The VGT Self-Exclusion Program enables people to choose bans for this gambling activity willingly at1-year, 5-year, or lifetime terms.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) today announced that there is now a self-help service for people to opt out of gambling at Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs).
The launch of VGTs is anticipated to start later this month at several certified truck stops in the Commonwealth. A certified truck stop facility is allowed to run up to five VGTs which can only be used by people at least 21 years of age.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is responsible for overseeing all elements of gambling legalized under the 2017 Gaming Expansion Act and the Race Horse Development and Gaming Act of 2004. In addition to slot machine and table games games at land-based casinos, the extension involves online casino games available on three sites to date; sports wagering provided via sportsbooks at nine places and four internet outlets; fantasy sports competitions and; video gaming terminals (VGTs) at truck stops and online games at airports, both anticipated to be launched in the upcoming mountains.
